Been thinking about a tattoo for 3 years now and the motive has been altered several times. But after my Norseman experience I knew exactly what I wanted. When I look down on it I want to be remembered how f@#kin bad it was. How hypothermia kicked my ass twice. How I thought I was going to die when a bus passed me and the winds hurled me from side to side. The long run when feeling pressure from other athletes and my whole body wanted to cramp. But also how happy I was when I came out of the swim. How happy I really was seeing @johannesjennebo at the pitstops . Hearing the words YOU ARE AMONG THE 160 FIRST. And finally when crossing the blue finish line on top of Mount Gusta. I was part of a project during Norseman to see what happens to the body after extreme stress. It's been 1 month since the race but my body has not recovered yet. My heart skyrockets during small runs and yesterday It reached 193bpm of max 204bpm while taking it quite easy (but hilly).
